CEO / Owner
My name is Jael Georges, and I am the founder of Full Body Wellness. What started as a vision has grown into something far greater than I could have imagined because this business was not built on my strength alone, but through purpose placed in me by God.
Full Body Wellness was birthed from a deep desire to help people feel confident, restored, and whole—inside and out. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how wellness is not just physical, but deeply connected to how we feel, think, and live. That understanding has shaped everything we do.
What makes Full Body Wellness unique is the vision God placed on my heart: to create a space where wellness and medical expertise come together under one roof. A place where licensed medical professionals can operate, collaborate, and serve clients with excellence, safety, and care while still maintaining a personalized, compassionate experience.

Kaleena’s approach focuses on identifying root contributors to health concerns and developing sustainable solutions that support long-term well-being. By integrating nutrition science, lifestyle medicine, functional health tools, and faith as a source of strength and alignment, she helps clients better understand their bodies and cultivate habits that support resilience, prevention, and optimal health.

Tren Johnson is an accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner and Integrative Aesthetic & Wellness Specialist with nearly four decades of healthcare experience dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally beginning her career in Wisconsin and now serving the Orlando, Florida community for the past 27 years, she is recognized for combining clinical excellence with a holistic approach focused on confidence, wellness, and quality of life.Her extensive medical background includes 19 years as a Registered Nurse and more than 20 years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in nephrology, chronic disease management, preventative care, and patient advocacy. In addition to her civilian healthcare career, Tren proudly served 32 years in the United States Military, including the final 21 years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps as a Family Nurse Practitioner, retiring with honors as a Colonel in 2021.
Today, Tren blends her strong medical foundation with advanced aesthetic and wellness services including Liquid BBL enhancements, lipo injections, body contouring, aesthetic injectables, Aloclae fat transfer treatments, and self-empowerment counseling. Her mission is to help clients look, feel, and live their best through personalized care that enhances both inner confidence and outer beauty.
